A. Nothing to boast of. I visited my Granny, It was really boring.
B. I bet you went swimming to the lake.
A. Unfortunately I didn’t. The weather was bad and I had to stay in.
B. Come, come! You can do it later. By the way, I’ve got a surprise for you — a souvenir from the Crimea.
A. How nice of you. Thanks a lot.
B. My pleasure.
b) My summer holidays were really great. I planned to visit my relatives and Kyiv and I did it. Kyiv is wonderful. I could see a lot of places of interest and take a lot of pictures. Look at them! Here is Andriyivskyy De-scent- one of my favourite places. I bought some souvenirs there.
c) My summer holidays were not very cool. As my parents worked all the summer, I had to stay in town. It was not exciting, you know. But I rode my bike every day and read a lot of fantasy books. 11 made me feel better. Sometimes I went swimming with my friends. It was great.
