The letter A is informal and the letter В is formal. Formal letter has to include formal phrases to begin and end the email and short forms are forbidden. In informal letter short forms are allowed and you are not obligated to use formal phrases to begin and end the email.
C. Match the informal phrases 1-6 below with their more formal equivalents a-f.
