Why Keeping Fit Is Important.
In my opinion, keeping fit is one of the best ways to stay healthy and happy.
Firstly, regular exercise makes our bodies stronger and gives us more energy. It helps our hearts and muscles and keeps our weight under control. Also, when we are fit, we don't get sick as often.
Keeping fit is good for our minds too. Sport can reduce stress and help us feel more confident. Finally, being active helps us focus better at school.
To sum up, keeping fit helps us feel better every day and enjoy life more.
