Tuesday, October 7th Today was such a funny day! I was at the park with my best friend, Emma. We decided to ride our bikes, and everything was going perfectly until a squirrel ran right in front of us. I screamed, "Watch out!" but Emma didn't stop in time and ended up falling into the grass. When I helped her up, she started laughing and said, "That squirrel looked like it wanted to race me!" Later, when we told Jack what happened, he said that he wished he had seen it because it sounded hilarious. I told him that Emma had looked like a cartoon character flying off her bike.
We couldn't stop laughing the whole way home. Even though it was a bit embarrassing, I'll never forget it — definitely one of the funniest days ever!
