B. Complete the recipe with the words in the box.

Wash and cut the lettuce.
(2) Peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces.
(3) Boil the eggs and cut them in four.
(4) Grate the cheese.
Put all these ingredients into a big bowl.
(5) Add salt and pepper.
Put the yoghurt, mayonnaise, ketchup and olive oil into a small bowl and (6) stir to make a dressing. (7) pour the dressing on top of the salad.
