2. a) Listen to the dialogue between two sisters and answer the questions below:
Stacey is watching a video of how to make a warm fish salad.
Britney thinks that there a lot of ingredients.
They want to make mum happy when she comes.
b) Listen again and complete the list with the ingredients.
3 tablespoons of olive oil, one lemon, a little salt and pepper, ...one salmon fillet, a few sprigs of fresh oregano and dill, eight tomatoes, two onions and vinegar.

c) Listen to the recipe itself and put the sentences into the correct order.
1. Cut the oregano into small pieces.
2. Squeeze the lemon and mix its juice with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Pour this mixture over the salmon and add the oregano on top.
